Brooke Winter

Owner, Consultant

Fun Facts about Brooke

Hello, and welcome!

Because I have over ten years of management experience, I understand the intense challenges that face leaders in the workplace today. I believe that communication is key and that in order to see a small business become successful, you must prioritize communication between employees and employers.

California labor laws can seem numerous and daunting to owners but I enjoy bringing clarity and solutions to any issues that may arise. Human Resources is my focus because I see employees as more than a “resource”; they are valuable. Issues that can paralyze small businesses in the beginning stages of growth can easily be overcome when employee communications is made a priority. I have taught many men and women how to be leaders and managers through detailed feedback and thorough training.

I network with others to gain insight into best practices and I never stop looking for ways to improve myself. I manage conflict well and use it as an opportunity to make positive changes. I bring all of these characteristics along with my combination of education and experience with Human Resources into all of my projects.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the human resources segment of your business, please contact me. I would love to tell you how I can add value to your business and also take away some of your stress in the process.
